How membership works
- Sign in and request membership or renewal.
- Our team issues a separate membership invoice. Submit payment evidence on your order page.
- Finance confirmation activates 30, 90 or 365 days according to the selected period. Early renewal extends your existing expiry; expired memberships restart upon confirmation.
Membership fees earn no commission and cannot be paid with shopping credit. Eligible product orders still earn commission; credit can cover up to 50% of product value, excluding shipping and fees.
